Bindon Year 3/4 2023 - 2024
Trees For Dorset
Bindon Class enjoyed their Trees for Dorset session this week and were particularly lucky that the sun shone for them. They started the day with a local walk to collect leaves. They looked at the characteristic of each leaf and learnt the names of the trees they come from.
Wormery Experiment
We devised an experiment to find out which leaf worms liked best. We will look forward to seeing the results!
Lulworth Camp Trip
We had a wonderful visit to the Gunnery School at Lulworth Camp this week. The children were very excited to learn about the the tanks and were able to see inside a tank simulator and spend time looking closely at the 'Challenger 2'.
