Behaviour for Learning

Our Philosophy

We believe that students learn best when they feel safe, understood, and connected. That's why our approach to behaviour is built on strong relational practice—we prioritise building positive, trusting relationships with every single student.

We use the STEPS therapeutic approach as our guide. This framework helps us see behaviour as a form of communication. When a child struggles, we look beyond the action to find the unmet need behind it. Instead of focusing on punishment, we focus on connection, support, and skill-building, ensuring every child can thrive.
