We currently have a growing roll of over 100 pupils and welcome enquiries from prospective parents. This page of the website provides further information on our admissions process.
We are subject to admission arrangements laid down by the Dorset Local Education Authority. Children are admitted full time in the September of the academic year in which they reach five years of age. Our Planned Admission Number (PAN) is 20 for each curriculum year group.
During the summer term before children start school we hold an open meeting with parents to explain more about our school and curriculum. There are also some taster sessions for children to spend some time in the classroom and meet their new teacher and classmates.
Children from all other year groups are admitted to the school provided there is room. It is helpful if they are able to visit the school beforehand to meet their teacher. If you have a child of school age and are moving to Dorset, please contact your current local education authority to apply for a place here.
Further information on our admission policy and a link to this can be found at the bottom of the page.
A proportion of our pupils are military children. For further information on The Armed Forces' Covenant, please following the link below.
Parents of children due to start school for the first time (age 4+) in September 2019 should apply for a place by 15 January 2019. Parents are encouraged to apply online, please click on the link to Dorset County Council Admissions below for further information on all admissions.
Please contact the school office if you require any assistance.
