Prayer
Prayer plays an important part during our acts of Collective Worship. There are also times for reflection and prayer at other times throughout the day. We encourage the children to value times to be thoughtful and reflect and write and share their own prayers. The children often making links to our School Vision and Values, their own lives and experiences and our Christian ethos.

Bless us, Oh Lord,
As we sit together.
Bless the food we eat today,
Bless the hands that made the food,

Maureen's Prayer
Maureen was a very special friend of our school and member of the Open the Book team for many years. She wrote us a prayer that is a central part of our Collective Worship at Lulworth and we say this prayer together during our Open the Book Worship each week.

We have prayer trees on both sites where we can hang prayers we have written to be shared in Collective Worship.
